CIRCLY Fatal Error Number 8202 - .ini file is not writable

CIRCLY is unable to write to the file CIRCLY5.INI (in the Windows folder, for example C:\WINDOWS).

Contact your IT Administrator for assistance (make sure you note the Windows folder - it is defined in the CIRCLY error message).
