Support for CIRCLY 4.0 has ceased

Note that technical support for CIRCLY 4.0 has ceased– you will need to upgrade to CIRCLY 5.0 if you need support.

Note also there is a serious bug with all versions earlier than CIRCLY 4.0i. Critical strains and damage factors calculated by CIRCLY 4.0i (or later) will in many cases be different from values calculated by earlier releases of CIRCLY 4.0.
