How can I get an evaluation version of HIPAVE 5.0?

There is only one version of HIPAVE 5.0 - and it can be used in evaluation mode.

Evaluation mode has the following restriction:

The TOTAL Pavement thickness must be 1000 or 2000 mm.

Please note that the Automatic Thickness Design feature is de-activated in evaluation mode.
