CIRCLY 4.0 is not usable on Windows XP

CIRCLY 4.0 is not usable on Windows XP.

You will get a Fatal error message when you try to run an analysis:

Abnormal program termination Stack fault
CSEIP = 000Fh00001373h

We can't fix it due to reasons beyond our control.

Note that technical support for CIRCLY 4.0 has ceased– you will need to upgrade to CIRCLY 5.0 if you need support.
